At the end of the day,
When there's no time to play.

It's time to go to bed,
And rest your sleepy head.

First brush your teeth,
And then wash please.

Head,paws and toes,
And don't forget your nose!

When you have done all that,
Put away your ball and bat,

And toys you've played with throughout the day,
Also need to go away.

Find your favourite book,
And cosy up in a warm nook,

Read till you're tired,
And your brain power's expired.

Then head off to bed,
With a pillow under your head.

Say goodnight to your brother,
And get a kiss from your mother.

And soon you will drift,
To the land of dreams you will lift,

Cuddle up to your teddy,
And please don't wet your beddy.
